With the approval of the Supervisory Board, the Managing Board of itelligence AG decided at December 8, 2003 to make partial use of the authorized capital according to sec. 5, para. 5 of the company's statutes and to issue 1,677,119 new shares ex rights issue. equinet Securities AG has placed these shares with institutional investors at a price of EUR 1.52 per no par value share. Following the issue of the new shares, the company's share capital amounts to EUR 18,448,321. The net proceeds from the issue amount to approximately EUR 2.5 million.

March 2004
At March 31, 2004 the Managing Board of itelligence AG has successfully increased its capital through a rights issue for 3,839,214 new shares. In accordance with sec. 5 para. 5 of the company's statutes, itelligence make use of the authorised capital, increasing its share capital from the current level of EUR 18,448,321 to EUR 22,287,535. The capital increase results in a gross cash inflow of about EUR 6.9 million. The price amounted to EUR 1.80.
