SAP consultant itelligence gets involved in the German Handball League
itelligence has significantly increased its sponsorship of the top-flight handball team TBV Lemgo. In the new season, the successful SAP consultant will again be represented with appliqués on the sleeves of TBV Lemgo’s shirts, perimeter advertising boards and the itelligence logo on the team’s court, as well as other measures. The new agreement was initially concluded for a period of two years. itelligence has been one of TBV Lemgo’s co-sponsors for the past four years.

Today, successful SAP partner itellgence reports on taking SAP Business ByDesign into production after just four weeks of implementation time with its client Ploetz + Zeller GmbH. Grand opening of the new training, conference and office building at itelligence AG
itelligence AG is today celebrating the official opening of its extension in Königsbreede 3, Bielefeld. The new, three-storey building has offered a total net floor area of around 5,500 m² since June 2010. 3,000 m² of this provides office space for the roughly 220 workstations. The new building also offers an integrated conference centre, with ultra-modern furniture and fittings for up to 350 visitors.

2B Interactive renamed itelligence
2B Interactive, the successful Benelux consulting firm, was renamed itelligence on June 1, 2010 and plans to significantly expand and internationalize its service portfolio. A total of approx. 100 itelligence employees in The Netherlands and Belgium offer complete SAP consulting, implementation and outsourcing offerings plus, for example, a successful e-business portfolio.

5,500 square metres of the new ABB warehouse managed effectively due to SAP and itelligence
itelligence has begun the implementation of the SAP Warehouse Management at ABB. The project concerns the newly constructed high storage warehouse based in Aleksandrów Łódzki. itelligence is expected to implement the comprehensive project at a record-breaking pace, i.e. within only 10 weeks. SAP Warehouse Management will contribute to the automation and enhance the speed of work by ABB warehouse and manufacturing staff, as well as optimize the use of warehouse space.

itelligence AG presents figures for first half of 2010
In the first six months of the current financial year, itelligence AG again increased its revenues from MEUR 106.0 to MEUR 119.3, a rise of 12.5%. Among other things, this development was driven by the acquisitions in the Netherlands, the USA and France in recent months. At MEUR 196.5, orders on hand at the end of the second quarter of 2010 were up on the high level of MEUR 160.1 recorded in the previous year.

itelligence AG: Annual General Meeting approves agenda items with large majority
At today’s Annual General Meeting of itelligence AG in Bielefeld, Herbert Vogel (CEO) and Norbert Rotter (CFO) reported on the past fiscal year, the company’s strategy and its outlook for 2010. The Supervisory Board and the Management Board also proposed to the Annual General Meeting a dividend of EUR 0.10 per share for the fiscal year 2009. The Annual General Meeting approved this and all other items on the agenda by a large majority.

itelligence AG presents final figures for Q1 2010
itelligence AG has confirmed its successful start to fiscal year 2010 with the presentation of its final figures for the first quarter. Revenues increased by +4.1% to MEUR 56.2 compared with MEUR 54.0 in the extremely strong first quarter of the previous year. Orders on hand increased to MEUR 175.7, up significantly on the figures for the same period of the previous year (MEUR 166.2) and year-end 2009 (MEUR 162.8).

itelligence AG today announced its majority interest (51%) in the French SAP consulting company ADELANTE SAS, which is headquartered in Paris. With this acquisition, itelligence is building up its international market presence, particularly in France and Canada. The branches of ADELANTE in Paris, Lyon and Montreal will be additional locations for SME customers of itelligence.

itelligence AG publishes final figures for 2009
itelligence AG met its revenue and EBIT forecasts for fiscal year 2009. With the publication of its final figures, itelligence reported revenue growth of 1.6% to MEUR 220.0 after MEUR 216.6 in the previous year. Among other things, this development was driven by the acquisition of 2B Interactive, Eindhoven, in the fourth quarter of 2009.

itelligence AG today handed over a check for EUR 4,000 as a contribution to the City of Bielefeld’s “Bielefeld helps Haiti” campaign.
