itelligence AG announces excellent Q3 2008 and continuing positive business performance
itelligence AG, one of the leading international full-service IT providers for SAP, continued its positive performance and the current year’s growth trend to date again in Q3. itelligence lifted its revenues in the first nine months by 13.4% to MEUR 154.1 (same period of the previous year: MEUR 135.9). In Q3, itelligence AG generated revenues of MEUR 52.3 and thus an increase of 10.4% year-on-year (Q3 2007: MEUR 47.4).

itelligence opens data center in Bautzen, investing around MEUR 8.5 in 2008
Up to 350 server systems with around 50 km of glass and copper cabling will enable the new itelligence AG data center in Bautzen to operate SAP applications for approximately 20,000 users. From June 20, 2008, around 20 gigabits of data per second will be racing through the line; considering its security system, its data management and its total offering, the new data center is one of the most modern data centers today.

The successful employment services company Randstad Deutschland GmbH und Co. KG has switched its hosting partner for all central IT systems in record time. This was announced today by the SAP outsourcing specialist itelligence AG. At the CeBIT 2008 trade fair in Hanover, Germany, itelligence AG will present its it.x-atlas solution. With this, the full-service IT provider for SAP will introduce its SAP-integrated electronic customs link for the first time to the general public in Hall 4, D 38. With this new solution, itelligence offers its customs link with complete integration under SAP – without the need for any additional external systems that are otherwise required. NTT DATA EUROPE secures 87 percent of itelligence’s share capital
Tokyo/Japan and Bielefeld/Germany – 8 January 2008. Pursuant to the offer document published by NTT DATA Europe on 13 November 2007, acceptances by shareholders representing about 87 percent of itelligence AG’s outstanding share capital have been secured. 72 percent of itelligence shares were tendered during the initial acceptance period, which ended on 13 December 2007.
