    Once your error report has been received, our help desk will offer you advice on eliminating, preventing and working around errors.

  • Information service
    SAP AG’s central reporting, information and communication medium, the SAPNet ERP Frontend, features a wealth of valuable information all about SAP ERP, such as information about various release versions, correction levels and hot packages as well as lots of Hot News and information about ERP functionality. Customers can access the Service Marketplace via the Internet.
